What You'll Do

As an C&B Intern, you'll become an active member of our European HR team and gain exposure to HR processes from A to Z. You'll have ownership of meaningful tasks, contribute to real business projects, and receive coaching and support throughout your internship.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting compensation and benefits benchmarking and market analysis

• Assisting with payroll-related projects and monthly payroll activities

• Preparing and maintaining HR reports, including headcount, salary surveys, and benefits analysis

• Managing and updating HR databases and employee records

• Supporting the administration and coordination of employee benefits programs

• Preparing presentations and HR documentation for internal stakeholders

• Contributing to HR projects, including policy updates, audits, and international alignment initiatives

• Learning about Dutch labour law and its practical application within an international company

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's (HBO) or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with great attention to detail

• Comfortable working with data and Excel (pivot tables and basic formulas)

• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus

• Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information

• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative

• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities

• Interested in people, business, and the impact HR has on organizational success

• Available for 5–6 months, 32–40 hours per week
