Known Accessibility Limitations

Based on recent automated accessibility scans, a few technical limitations remain on this website:

  • List structure: Some list items (“li” elements) are not properly contained within list structures (“ul” or “ol”), which may affect how screen readers announce them.
  • Form labels: A few input fields in forms currently lack associated labels, which can make it harder for assistive technologies to identify the field’s purpose.
  • Button naming: Certain buttons are missing accessible names that clearly describe their purpose, function, or action for screen reader users.
  • ARIA attributes: Some buttons use ARIA attributes incorrectly, which may cause inconsistent or redundant information to be read aloud by assistive technologies.

We continue to collaborate with our platform provider, Teamtailor, to address these issues and further enhance our website’s accessibility and compliance with WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 AA standards.

What We're Doing

We are actively collaborating with Teamtailor to ensure backend compliance with accessibility standards. We use automated tools like RAMP for ongoing monitoring and are committed to resolving any issues identified. Our goal is to achieve full conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA by January 26, 2026.
