About the Team
As part of the Digital Customer Experience (DCE) team within Global Operations, you'll help shape the online support experience for customers around the world. Our digital platforms provide self-service information and support for Philips and AOC TVs, audio products, monitors, displays, and professional solutions.
The DCE team collaborates closely with IT, Service Innovation, Service Management, Marketing, and Customer Care teams to continuously improve customer journeys and digital interactions.
What You'll Do
As a UI/UX Intern, you'll contribute directly to improving global customer-facing websites and digital services. You'll learn how user insights, business requirements, and design thinking come together to create meaningful digital experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Analyzing customer journeys and identifying opportunities to improve the user experience
• Evaluating existing website interfaces and user interactions
• Translating business and legal requirements into intuitive UX concepts and user-friendly designs
• Creating wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and design concepts
• Building interactive prototypes to validate ideas and collect user feedback
• Supporting the preparation of development requests for our IT teams
• Participating in usability testing before and after implementation
• Monitoring and validating new features and improvements
• Contributing to ongoing website optimization and digital transformation projects
What We're Looking For
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Digital Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communication & Multimedia Design, Digital Product Design, or a related field
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours per week) for 5–6 months
• Experience with Figma or similar UI/UX design tools
• Understanding of UX methodologies, design principles, and user-centered design processes
• Interest in customer journeys, digital experiences, and online service platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to translate insights and requirements into practical design solutions
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment
