About the role
Are you looking for an opportunity to combine Trade Marketing with Sales while taking the next step in your career? In this role, you'll play a key part in growing the Philips TV business across the Nordic region.
You'll coordinate and drive trade marketing activities across all Nordic markets while also managing relationships with two B2B partners—one retail customer and one distributor. Both accounts offer exciting growth potential, giving you the opportunity to develop your commercial skills and make a real impact.
We're looking for someone who already brings hands-on experience in Trade Marketing and understands how to create impactful retail and channel marketing initiatives. If you're eager to build on that foundation and grow into a Key Account Manager role, this is an excellent opportunity.

You'll join a collaborative Nordic Sales team where knowledge sharing, teamwork, and ambitious goals go hand in hand. Together, you'll work to strengthen the Philips TV brand and expand its presence across the Nordic region.
What you will do
Drive sales performance across the Nordic region by achieving targets for sell-in, product mix, pricing, sell-out, and inventory levels.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail partners as their primary commercial contact.
Act as the voice of the customer within TP Vision, coordinating internal stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and deliver business objectives.
Develop annual account plans and prepare monthly demand forecasts at account and product level for direct customers.
Manage product listings, distribution, and successful product launches and phase-outs in line with the overall marketing strategy.
Ensure excellent in-store execution, including product visibility, merchandising, displays, and demonstration areas.
Drive strong online visibility and product presence across customers' digital channels and e-commerce platforms.
Secure opportunities for retail staff training, promotional campaigns, flyer placements, and product demonstrations.
Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and key business KPIs.
Identify performance gaps and proactively implement corrective actions to achieve business targets.
Manage commercial agreements and ensure financial commitments and payment terms are fulfilled.
Develop and implement the TV trade and channel marketing strategy across the Nordic markets.
Create market-specific trade marketing and category management strategies, combining offline retail excellence with digital activation.
Lead the development and rollout of in-store excellence initiatives, including displays, point-of-sale materials, and demonstration solutions.
Support communication and marketing activities, including events, presentations, partner communications, photo and video production, and management of marketing assets.
Coordinate digital marketing activities across all Nordic markets and contribute to market research, reporting, and analytics.
Support internal communication initiatives and promote the sharing of best practices across markets.
What you bring
✅Must-have
Hands-on experience in Trade Marketing, ideally from the consumer electronics industry
Fluency in English and Swedish, both verbal and written
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
Proficiency in MS Excel
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Great communication and presentation skills
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ambition to grow into a Key Account Manager role
Strong commercial mindset and understanding of retail dynamics in the Nordics
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
Confidence presenting to customers and internal stakeholders
